1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. This applies to subscription plans and one-time water top-up packs.
2. How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email on the receipt, or
- Email us at support@dahliastudy.live with your order details and we will help you complete the request.
3. After the 30-day period
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your billing page or via Paddle. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current billing period. If you believe you have exceptional circumstances, contact us and we will consider your request in good faith.
